Other than melting in the sun, it was a great day at the university today. We got to experiment with more materials by doing more and more life drawings, which is where we draw unclothed women using different techniques, to learn how to get bodies in proportion on paper. I think I improved my drawing since Monday, and it inspired me to do more towards my portfolio as well as gaining knowledge.
This morning on my way to the university, I thought I'd prepare a short post about the 14 day teatox I purchased a few days ago. So there are two types of 'teatox's out there that you can purchase, which are most known, these two are the bootea teatox and the fruiteatox. I decided I would go for the fruiteatox as I love fruit infused tea. Before buying these, I read a bit about them on the internet, looked at the reviews and women who post before and after photos.
The 14 day teatox costs £20 and I know that may seem quite a lot to pay for tea for some people, but it is worth it. I have been drinking it regularly as described for the past few days, and I feel so much lighter and refreshed every morning. This tea is slimming, and I believe it is good especially if you are aiming to loose a few kilograms, as well as if you currently exercise as it burns excess fat. But thats me personally, everybody has a different view on things. I have been sleeping like a baby and been so much more relaxed.
The tea itself is really nice and flavoured. The daytox is lemon and sleeptox is orange, which I absolutely love.
