Kayla Itsines, dream come true

Hey guys,

I FINALLY MET KAYLA ITSINES! Ah, after months of following her advice and tips, weeks of using her guides and reading her blog, I got to meed my idol! This powerful, beautiful and fit woman is my motivation and inspiration. Dream come True.

How I met her? A few weeks back, she announced another one of her Sweat with Kayla world tour locations, which happened to be London. Couple of days after that, she made a post on instagram, telling all her London girls that the tickets for her bootcamp are available on the page. Seeing this announcement 30 seconds after it was posted, I visited her website and got myself a ticket. I was the 109th person to get one! I texted my friend who also got a ticket before they ran out (they ran out within 39 minutes!), and from then we were excited (or at least I was).

This happened last week Saturday, 3 days go. On the day, we arranged to meet up at 6 30-7 in the high street close to a tube station, which meant I had to wake up at 5am and it was not easy at all as on the same day we had to travel to Bagshot for a friends 18th birthday party. Arriving at the London Olympia Hall, we saw thousands of girls arriving shortly after us, but luckily we stood at the beginning of the line, allowing us to get spaces near the stage. Kayla's parter, Tobias, gave a few speeches before Kayla arrived on stage, where we did some cheering, screaming and shouting, it was exciting. Kayla's arrival was shortly after 9am, and thats when the bootcamp began. It was about 45minutes of high intensity training and warm ups that my muscles could not handle, but I carried on.  Kayla's partner along with two friends were going around during the workouts, giving out free gifts to those who completed the exercise well. I got one of the wristbands when planking haha. When we finished the bootcamp, we had a chance to take some photos with Kayla, which I was really looking forward to doing.

To conclude, I want to say it was one of the best and most exciting days of my life, as meeting the woman who gives me motivation made me push myself harder than I already have. Starting pre bbg week 2 yesterday, the workouts are getting much easier. The guide is roughly £40, and includes 189 pages of training circuits, tips, advice, a bit of everything really.
