Fitness and Guides

Hey guys!

Last weekend I thought of writing a blog about the workouts I do and generally fitness. I am currently on the 12 week Bikini Body Guide by Kayla Itsines, who has been my inspiration and motivation since February even though I only bought her official guide last week. I started this week Monday, and the first day was absolutely horrendous, it swept me off my feet. As it was legs and cardio, my legs felt like jelly up until the next morning. However, following the guide, I already completed 3 workouts, and day by day its getting easier. In the last couple of months I've been taking Kayla's advice and health & fitness tips, which have really helped me. I am suffering from the 'heartburn and gastro-oesophageal reflux' disease, which makes it difficult for me when eating certain foods, and I've been on medication since the age of 13. Ever since I began following her advice and tips as well as using her recipes for a healthy snack or dinner, I had much less difficulties eating and definitely put aside hundreds of tablets I would normally have to take.


Before starting the guide, I've been working out at the gym for 3 months, with a little routine of my own, which had helped me build strength. I had my step dad working with me as a personal trainer, which was very useful and definitely taught me a lot, as well as improving mistakes I've been making. 


To sum up, I will say that I love this guide and definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to beginning working for their perfect 'summer body'. It also boosts confidence in yourself, as a healthier body makes you feel better. I will be purchasing the H.E.L.P guide, that includes a lot of recipes and tips, that I'll share my opinions about with you.
